Just like your favorite pair of shoes, the more you use them the faster they wear out. But with delicate care and cleaning, Ember cookware is designed to last years!

The outer colour of the cookware will remain as it is for years if you follow all our care instructions. Please keep the following points in mind to keep the colour and shine intact: 1. Use the cookware on low to medium flame. Don't let the flame reach the sides of the pan. 2. Avoid oil spills on the sides of the pan. In case of oil spill, wash the stain immediately after use. 3. After every use, handwash the outer side of the pan also with a gentle soap. Do not use harsh detergents to wash the cookware.

Our cookware products have a five-year warranty covering any major damage to the body, handles, lids, or anything else that functionally impairs the cookware, other than discoloration or damage through wear & tear. Read more here.

Aluminium is a one of the best heat conductors that ensure faster and even heat distribution. However, your food never comes in contact with the aluminium given the thick non-stick coating that is applied to it. We use 3x thicker coating that ensures that your kitchen stays safe from any chemicals and metals for years to come.

Yes, the set of 3 and set of 4 comes with storage. These are uniquely designed to store your cookware and accessories and give a modern look to your kitchen.

Wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon utensils are all great to use with your Ember products! Avoid using rough, sharp edges of metal utensils as they can damage the non-stick coating.

Our cookware is naturally non-stick, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking. Avoid using cooking sprays.

Ember non-stick pans, unlike cast iron, do not need seasoning. Other than giving your products a quick rinse with warm, soapy water when you first receive them, you’re ready to start cooking!

All you need is low to medium heat! Our pans heat up in under a minute and retain their temperature more efficiently than traditional cookware.

Cool down the cookware after cooking, use soap and warm water and wipe the surface with a non-abrasive sponge.

Soak your cookware for a few minutes and then use the cleaning eraser along with soap to remove stains.

Dishwashers use harsh detergents and abrasive cleaning methods that can damage your cookware. To preserve the non-stick properties and maintain the appearance of your Ember products, we recommend avoiding the dishwasher. A gentle hand wash is all it takes to keep your Ember cookware looking fresh and new!

We provides a 30-day return window, you can go to the manage order page to initiate a return.

Standard shipping is free on all purchases for orders in India above a certain total value. Orders below this threshold are charged shipping rates depending on the product. You can find the same after adding the product to the cart.

All returned products are donated, as long as it is in good condition. If not, it will be recycled.
