Warranty
The Ember Warranty
We design cookware and kitchen essentials to be used every single day and to stay in your kitchen for years to come.
All Ember products purchased through our website or authorised retail partners are covered against manufacturing defects and shipping damage.
Different products are built differently, so warranty coverage varies by collection.
Ceramic Cookware | Limited 5-Year Warranty
Cast Iron Cookware | Limited 10-Year Warranty
Kitchen Tools | Limited 10-Year Warranty
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, faulty workmanship, or shipping damage, our team will repair, replace, or refund it after review.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear from everyday cooking and use because cookware that’s truly loved will naturally age with time.
