Function Used: Broil Mode
Serves: 4
Ingredients
-
220 g Cream Cheese
-
15 g Caster Sugar
-
200 g Salted Butter, melted
-
85 ml Lukewarm Milk
-
10 g Milk Powder
-
30 g Garlic, finely chopped
-
15 g Parsley, finely chopped
-
A pinch of Salt
-
4 Burger Buns
For Garnish
-
15 g Chilli Flakes, or as required
-
Reserved Chopped Parsley
Method
-
Whisk together the cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a piping bag or zip-lock bag.
-
In a large bowl, combine the melted salted butter, lukewarm milk and milk powder. Mix until smooth.
-
Add the garlic, salt, chopped parsley, chili flakes, reserving a little for garnish.
-
Cut each burger bun into 6 wedges, ensuring the base remains intact.
-
Pipe the cream cheese filling generously into each cut.
-
Dip each bun into the garlic butter mixture, allowing it to seep into the cuts. Hold the bun upside down for a few seconds to drain the excess butter.
-
Sprinkle with chilli flakes and the reserved chopped parsley.
-
Preheat the Marvel Oven on Broil Mode at 200°C.
-
Line the Baking Tray with parchment paper and arrange the buns in a single layer. Place the Baking Tray on the middle rack and broil for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
-
Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately while warm.
Marvellous Tip - Use softened cream cheese for a smooth, lump-free filling. Avoid cutting all the way through the buns so they hold their shape while filling and broiling.
