1. Cook at the heat you’re used to.
2. A little oil goes a long way. Let the surface do its thing.
3. Wash with warm water and mild soap.
4. Dry thoroughly after every wash with Easy Dry Wipe.
5. Avoid soaking for extended periods.
6. If the surface ever looks dry or food starts sticking, a light oil refresh brings it right back.

With use, it only gets better.

Make sure both the cooking surface and the inside walls stay lightly seasoned - to keep it protected and prevent rust.
