All Ember cookware products are covered by a limited 5 year warranty. This includes any
manufacturing defects or shipping damage, but does not cover normal wear and tear or any other
issues from usage.
Clean and Care
1. Your cookware needs a good hand wash. No dishwasher required.
2.Use only mild, natural detergents. No harsh ones please.
3. Medium-low heat works best.
4. Avoid aerosols to grease your pans and to preserve its natural slickness.
5. Do not use metal utensils
6. Never wash a hot pan, let it cool before you give it a gentle scrub.
