Care & Use

Ceramic: Use low to medium heat; add a small amount of oil; let cool before washing; clean with mild soap and water; avoid abrasive scrubbers.

Cast Iron: Pre-seasoned and ready to use; use low to medium heat; add a small amount of oil; hand wash; dry thoroughly; avoid prolonged soaking.
