4. Cook on medium to low heat for best everyday performance
5. Let it cool before washing - no cold water on a hot surface. It preserves the coating and performance over time

All Ember cookware comes with a limited 5-year warranty. That means we’ve got your back for any manufacturing defects or damages that happen during shipping.
It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or issues from regular use - because your pot is designed to last with everyday care.
